our story

The Heartbeat of Steaks on Main

At Steaks on Main, we’re passionate about celebrating the heart and soul of Fannin County. What started as a simple idea to promote agriculture and foster community spirit has evolved into an annual extravaganza that brings together Bonham, Fannin County, and our neighboring areas.

Our mission is twofold: to showcase the incredible talent of our local grillmasters through a ribeye cooking competition and to create an unforgettable experience where food, fun, and fellowship reign supreme. We believe in the power of bringing people together over a shared love for good food and good times.

But it’s not just about grilling steaks. It’s about giving back. We’re proud that the excess proceeds raised from this event go right back into supporting our County FFA and 4H programs, nurturing the future of agriculture and youth development in our community.

From the fiery grills to the lively beats of the free concert, Steaks on Main is a celebration of everything that makes our community vibrant and thriving. Join us as we fire up the grills, dance under the stars, and create unforgettable memories, one ribeye at a time. Together, let’s savor the flavor of togetherness!
